Following Dorinda's recent resignation we are now seeking someone to fill the vacant role of Ladies Development Officer on the executive committee.

This role is responsible for ensuring there is continued development among ladies inline hockey in Ireland.

Duties include:

• Ensuring there remains a focus toward ladies development within IHI
• Organisation of ladies competitions, planned to be 3 on 3 in Spring/Summer each year
• Co-ordinate national women’s development programme, building on Barcelona and Dundee trips in 2018
• Liaise with IIHA ladies development officer on any development events
• Work toward the 20x20 Federation of Irish Sport targets we have signed up for which include:
• Increasing female participation by 20% by 2020
• Increasing media coverage of female events by 20% by 2020
• Encouraging all clubs to give opportunities to female players
• Working with rest of IHI executive committee to overall development plans
