Applications for Women's National Programme Head Coach are now open.

The Women's National Programme Head Coach will be responsible for leading the preparation, development, selection and coaching of players. This role will also involve:
-Setting challenging but realistic targets and establishing plans to meet them;
-Creating a safe, fun but successful culture;
-Creating and implementing development strategies for individual players;
-Giving feedback to any players who not selected for squads and/or teams to ensure they can improve their own game;
-The running of open to all sessions throughout the year;
-Continuous watching of games within the age group throughout the season.

This role will require an individual to have considerable coaching experience particularly with femail players.

This role is a voluntary position, however all reasonable costs incurred will be reimbursed.
The successful candidate will require the individual to have either Garda Vetting or Access NI checks completed.
