Our Under 15 & Under 13 (potentially) will be entering the Tournoi Les Aiglons in Valence, France next summer. We are delighted to confirm some of the staff on the programme.

Head Coach - Janis Kipars

Janis served as the head coach on our U14 trip to Sparta Cup at Easter past and the result was a strong showing for a relatively inexperienced team. Janis is looking ahead to this new challenge in the year ahead with some new faces alongside him.

Assistant Coach - Ken Moussat

Ken brings a wealth of experience with working with young players and is currently coaching and playing with the Cork Wolfpack. Ken's strong background in inline hockey will be a key asset and being a native of France his local knowledge will come in handy in Valence.

Team Manager - Tomasz Badurski

Tomasz is relatively new to the inline scene here in Ireland but he is already doing a great job with assisting Janis in the running on the Longford venue, helping to bring about improvements and structures. Tomasz's management skills will be a real asset to allow the coaches to focus on coaching.

The tournament in Valence will take place from 26th to 28th June across 3 rinks in the area and will involve teams from France and beyond across a range of age groups. We have changed our focus up from Sparta this year to allow young players to visit different places and teams while doing so at a more affordable price.
