An update on IHI events in light of the continuing Coronavirus situatuon.

Leagues

All leagues will now be indefinitely suspended with a view to resume the 2019/20 season at the earliest appropriate time after society returns to normal, including summer months. This will hopefully give something for players to look forward to in difficult times.

If this lasts into late August or later then we may need to consider ending the 2019-20 as is, this is something that would be considered more as time goes on. 

Playoffs

The Playoffs will NOT be held as planned on 1-3 May.

We've been in conversation with Gormanston Park, about alternative dates and we have options for both a short and long delay, which will be communicated in more detail when there is more visibility on a potential return to action.

Junior Programme Trips

We have taken the decision to cancel any planned Junior Programme trips this summer. In current situation is expected the events will be cancelled anyway, however even if went ahead, detailed planning for such trips including payments would need to begin now, something we are not in a position to do. 

Once normality returns we will look to organise some kind of player camp with a range of coaches.
